- Queensland COVID-19 case line list - location & source of infection
- A line list of Queensland's COVID-19 cases by date of individual's notification of COVID-19 detection, location of residence (postcode, local government area and SA2) as well as the individual's source of COVID-19 infection.

- A line list of Queensland's COVID-19 cases by date of individual's notification of COVID-19 detection, as well as the individual's age group at time of notification.

- Queensland COVID-19 Pathology Test Totals by Collection Day and SA2
- An aggregate of Queensland's COVID-19 tests and persons tested by date of test collection and location of tested individuals usual residence (SA2 and HHS) since 01/06/2021 sourced from Queensland's Notifiable Conditions System (NoCS).
- Queensland wastewater surveillance for SARS-CoV-2
- Queensland Health has partnered with researchers from the University of Queensland and the CSIRO to deliver a wastewater surveillance program for SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. The results from this program will add to the information obtained through clinical testing and enhance Queensland Health’s already comprehensive response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
